Day 1: Bishkek to At-Bashy

Depart Bishkek and head toward At-Bashy, passing through scenic valleys and mountains. Visit the historic Burana Tower, a lonely minaret standing guard over ancient history. Settle into your cozy guesthouse, enjoying the quiet village air after a long journey. Data: 390km drive. Stay: Guesthouse.

Day 2: Into the Heart of Ak-Sai

Ascend Bosogo Pass to the vast alpine plains of Ak-Sai. The landscape is dominated by snow-capped peaks and nomadic yurts that feel like they belong to a different century. Sunset at the yurt camp under a starlit sky, far from city lights, is truly unforgettable. Data: 110km drive. Stay: Yurt Camp.

Day 3: Riding to the Lush Valley

A thrilling horse ride through high-altitude meadows. Cross Sazduu Pass (3,770m) offering bird's-eye views of snowy ranges that seem to touch the clouds. Keep your camera ready; spotting wild ibex and Marco Polo sheep grazing on the slopes is a frequent reward here. Data: 13km riding, Asc: +514m. Stay: Tents.

Day 4: Crossing the Car Pass

Venture deeper into wilderness over Car Pass (3,791m). Untouched nature at its best with silence broken only by horse hooves. Arriving at the foot of towering peaks makes you feel truly small in the face of this vast mountain sanctuary. Data: 18km riding, Asc: +470m. Stay: Yurt Camp.

Day 5: Kel-Suu Lake & Kochkor

Ride to Kel-Suu, a turquoise gem hidden between sheer limestone cliffs. The scenery is surreal, and the water's color changes with the shifting mountain light. Drive to Kochkor, where you'll enjoy a well-deserved traditional home-cooked meal. Data: 12km riding, 6h drive. Stay: Guesthouse.

Day 6: Return to Bishkek

A scenic drive through mountain passes back to the capital. Reflect on your grand adventure as the landscapes shift from high peaks back to valley vistas, and pick up unique local souvenirs in Kochkor on the way. Data: 200km drive.
